it doesn’t go through! I spoke to online support, they said move the emails to spam! Roll forward to today. I have also requested for no more text messages or emails but they keep coming! Try to reply ‘STOP’ like the text says. The deposits to the online account have also been going to different locations I can recall 6 different deposit locations at least. get the same reply every time… use the words scam, scammers etc and get cut off the chat for ‘not responding in enough time’ The bank doesn’t want to know as it’s classed as gambling so can’t help.
3 months!! You try call the contact number… doesn’t ring… Email. We are over the 21workimg days as stated in their terms. Contacted numerous times, to be told to be patient. Apparently they changed their terms and conditions.
Which is nonsense, as you can not continue the page without it. I finally got through to be told I didn’t provide a IBAN/SWIFT Code. I have Been waiting for a withdrawal of £2200 since 16th November 22.
